NeoAlgo ("we", "us") is operated from Old NH Rd, Society Nagar, Koratty, Kerala 680308, India. You can reach us at contact@neoalgo.in or +91 75588 88556. For questions or requests about your personal data, the same contact points serve as our grievance/data-protection contact.

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide directly — name, email, phone number — when you reach out via the contact form, email, or phone.
  • Account and trading data if you use the NeoAlgo platform: broker connection status, order and position records, strategy configuration, and execution history. Broker credentials are stored separately from application configuration and are never written to logs or version control.
  • Basic usage data standard to any web server — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — collected automatically for security and reliability purposes.

How we use it

  • To operate and maintain the execution, risk, and backtesting platform.
  • To respond to support requests and communications you initiate.
  • To maintain the append-only order/trade journal required for audit and troubleshooting.
  • To detect and prevent misuse, fraud, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your trading data for advertising.

Data retention

Order and trade journal records are retained indefinitely as an audit trail — status updates are recorded, not deletions. Contact-form submissions and account data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service or respond to your request, after which they may be deleted on request.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at contact@neoalgo.in.

Third parties

We integrate with broker APIs (e.g. Flattrade) to place and manage orders on your behalf, strictly per your configuration and instructions. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may update this policy as the product or our practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
